I ordered from naughtyknickers.co.uk and yeah, the parcel did turn up in the end, but it arrived later than the date they originally gave me. The tracking barely updated too, which was kinda annoying ngl because I kept checking and had no real idea what was going on.
When it finally got here, everything was totally fine and the packaging was discreet, so no complaints there. I just wish the delivery info was more accurate because being left guessing was a bit frustrating lol.

I emailed about my order because the website seemed to say one thing, but my order info looked different, so I wasn’t sure what was going on. It took ages to get a reply, which was frustrating. When support finally got back to me, the answer was okay, but the long wait made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be...

I’ve washed them plenty of times now and the stitching is still holding up, with no odd stretching or bits coming apart. I was a bit unsure at first because some lingerie can look nice but feel flimsy, but these still look almost new. For the price, I think the quality is really good

Like, the price was right there at checkout, delivery was shown before I paid, and nothing felt hidden or sneaky. Even the name on my bank statement was normal enough, not some odd thing that makes you wonder what you bought. No random extra charges turned up after either. Simple experience overall, I’d use them again.

I ordered a set from Naughty Knickers and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting loads for the price, but it really surprised me in a good way. The lace feels soft against the skin rather than scratchy, which is something I always notice straight away.
The stitching looks tidy all the way around, and the sizing was pretty much right for me. I also washed it once before properly making up my mind, because that’s usually where cheaper lingerie starts to show its flaws, but it still looked nice afterwards.
My take is that it feels like better quality than the price suggests. It’s not trying to be super high-end, but for everyday lingerie, I think it’s a really solid buy and I’d probably order again.
